If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others stay organized, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute your skills and grow professionally.Duties<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and transfer calls accurately while maintaining excellent phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of all office records</li><li>Schedule appointments, coordinate calendar management, and handle correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking</li><li>Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors</li><li>Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files for easy retrieval</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills in a professional setting</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with data entry procedures</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and customer service best practices</li><li>Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management, and document proofreading</li><li>Construction Company office experience is advantageous but not required</li><li>Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing outstanding administrative support!
