The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in QuickBooks, with strong organizational and communication skills.You&rsquo;ll support our CPAs and clients by managing daily bookkeeping tasks, preparing financial reports, and helping ensure client records remain accurate and up to date.This position offers the best of both worlds &mdash; remote flexibility and a collaborative office culture that values teamwork and professional development.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).</li><li>Record daily transactions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries.</li><li>Prepare and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.</li><li>Maintain organized, accurate, and current financial records.</li><li>Prepare simple financial statements and assist with year-end closing.</li><li>Communicate with clients and internal team members to ensure timely updates.</li><li>Support CPAs with administrative and tax-related documentation as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (5+ years preferred).</li><li>Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Desktop required.</li><li>Strong Excel and general computer skills (Word, Outlook).</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.</li><li>Positive attitude and professional communication skills.</li><li>Experience in public accounting or supporting multiple entities a plus.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsPay Range: $18&ndash;$30 per hour (based on experience and skill level) Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)Benefits include:<ul><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) plan with employer matching</li><li>Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>Flexible schedule work arrangement</li><li>Parking reimbursement</li><li>Supportive, family-oriented culture with mentoring and professional growth opportunities</li></ul>Why Join KDL CPAsAt KDL CPAs, we believe great work comes from happy, supported employees.
