Job Title: Estimation and Billing Engineer Location: Raipur &amp; Korba (Chhattisgarh)Role ObjectiveTo manage all estimation, quantity surveying, rate analysis, and billing-related activities for ongoing and upcoming construction and interior projects at Raipur and Korba. The role ensures accuracy in quantity take-offs, timely preparation of client and subcontractor bills, and strict adherence to contract and BOQ terms to support smooth financial and project operations.Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities1. Estimation &amp; Costing<ul><li>Study tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs for preparing detailed quantity take-offs.</li><li>Prepare detailed and abstract cost estimates for civil, interior, and MEP works.</li><li>Conduct rate analysis as per CPWD/DSR and prevailing market rates.</li><li>Prepare project budget sheets and cost comparisons for management review.</li><li>Evaluate technical feasibility and cost implications of design or scope changes.</li></ul>2. Client &amp; Subcontractor Billing<ul><li>Prepare Running Account (RA) Bills and final bills for client submission with full documentation.</li><li>Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on measurement sheets and site work progress.</li><li>Ensure all bills are supported by Joint Measurement Records (JMR), approval notes, and site photographs.</li><li>Follow up with clients for bill verification, certification, and payment processing.</li><li>Prepare reconciliation and deviation statements wherever applicable.</li></ul>3. Measurement &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Take joint site measurements with clients and site teams.</li><li>Maintain Measurement Books (MB) and abstract sheets in standard formats.</li><li>Keep systematic records of executed work quantities and approved drawings.</li><li>Monitor material consumption and prepare material reconciliation reports.</li><li>Support preparation of variation, extra item, and escalation claims.</li></ul>4. Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Coordinate closely with Site Engineers, Planning, Procurement, and Accounts teams.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and auditors for billing verification and clarification.</li><li>Support project cash flow forecasting and cost control analysis.</li><li>Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and techno-commercial proposals.</li></ul>5. Job Role: Interior Site EngineerThe Interior Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day execution of interior works at project sites. The role demands strong technical understanding of civil finishing, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and coordination of MEP services, along with the ability to read drawings and manage site teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Supervise daily interior site activities including partitioning, false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, carpentry, and painting.</li><li>Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor installation of furniture, fixtures, and fittings.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP teams (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) for smooth integration with interiors.</li></ul>Drawings &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Interpret and explain AutoCAD drawings and working details to the site team.</li><li>Maintain and update daily site reports, checklists, and measurement sheets (JMR/DPR).</li><li>Highlight discrepancies in drawings and report to the Project Engineer/Manager.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Safety Control<ul><li>Ensure material usage and workmanship meet the company&rsquo;s quality standards.</li><li>Conduct inspections at each stage of work.</li><li>Enforce site safety practices among workers and subcontractors.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and execution.</li><li>Assist in preparing material requirement sheets and verifying quantities at site.</li><li>Report project progress, issues, and requirements to senior management.</li><li>Support client meetings and site inspections.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of site experience in interior projects (corporate, residential, or commercial).</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic SketchUp for drawing understanding.</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior finishing activities and material specifications.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have experience working as a Site Engineer for Interior Projects?
