Job Role: Shuttering &amp; Reinforcement ForemanJob SummaryResponsible for supervising shuttering (formwork) and reinforcement (steel) works at site. Ensures work is done as per drawings, quality standards, safety rules, and project timelines.Main Responsibilities1. Work Supervision<ul><li>Supervise shuttering carpenters, helpers, and bar benders.</li><li>Ensure shuttering and steel work is done as per drawings.</li><li>Check levels, alignment, and dimensions before concrete.</li></ul>2. Coordination<ul><li>Take daily instructions from Site Engineer / Project Manager.</li><li>Coordinate during inspections with client or consultants.</li><li>Update daily progress to the engineer.</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Make sure shuttering is tight, stable, and leakproof.</li><li>Check steel as per BBS: spacing, lap, cover block, tying.</li><li>Ensure correct use of materials like props, ply, clamps, spacers.</li></ul>4. Manpower &amp; Work Planning<ul><li>Plan daily work and assign tasks to workers.</li><li>Manage labour attendance and productivity.</li><li>Inform engineer if more manpower is needed.</li></ul>5. Material Handling<ul><li>Ensure shuttering materials and steel are available on time.</li><li>Reduce wastage and handle materials safely.</li><li>Keep record of daily usage of plywood, props, steel, etc.</li></ul>6. Safety<ul><li>Ensure all workers use PPE (helmet, shoes, belt, gloves).</li><li>Maintain safe formwork and scaffolding.</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines before and after concrete work.</li></ul>7. Before &amp; After Concrete<ul><li>Check shuttering and steel fully before pouring.</li><li>Attend inspection with engineer.</li><li>Supervise de-shuttering and stacking after curing.</li></ul>8. Reporting<ul><li>Maintain simple daily reports of work done.</li><li>Inform engineer immediately in case of any issue.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Good experience in shuttering and steel work (5&ndash;10 years).</li><li>Ability to read drawings and BBS.</li><li>Good labour handling skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of safety and quality.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
