This position is ideal for experienced BDC professionals, call center representatives, or highly driven individuals who excel on the phone and enjoy helping customers take the next step toward purchasing a vehicle.As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling inbound calls and internet inquiries while also making outbound follow-up calls.
