Keating Honda in Conroe is growing and looking for motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Agents to join our team. This position is ideal for experienced BDC professionals, call center representatives, or highly driven individuals who excel on the phone and enjoy helping customers take the next step toward purchasing a vehicle.

As a BDC Agent, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling inbound calls and internet inquiries while also making outbound follow-up calls. Your goal is to build rapport, provide helpful information, and schedule appointments that connect customers with our sales team.

What You’ll Do

Handle incoming sales calls and internet leads
Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have inquired about vehicles
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership
Assist with customer follow-up when sales professionals are unavailable
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Work closely with the sales team and managers to ensure a smooth customer experience
Help drive showroom traffic and support dealership sales goals

What We’re Looking For

BDC, call center, or automotive internet sales experience preferred
Strong phone skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
Comfortable working with CRM systems and internet leads
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

$36,000 – $70,000 annual earnings potential
