What You'll Actually Be Doing

This role is part sales, part relationship management, part problem-solving — all performance. You'll be responsible for identifying top scientific talent, building candidate pipelines, and placing professionals at leading life science companies across the country.


Day-to-day, that means:

Building and working a pipeline — sourcing candidates through a verity of platforms such as LinkedIn, databases, and referrals. Making calls, sending messages, and following up until you get a response. This is a high-activity role.

Running the full recruiting cycle — from first call to offer negotiation. You'll own the candidate relationship from sourcing through placement and beyond.

Partnering with your account managers — understanding exactly what clients need and delivering candidates that fit. You're the bridge between talent and opportunity.

Setting and meeting your numbers — placements, submissions. Your performance is visible, tracked, and rewarded.

Backgrounds we love: sales, business development, athletics, military, hospitality, retail management, or anything that required you to hit a number and compete.

Bachelor's degree required. 0–2 years of experience. What matters most is what drives you.
