Position OverviewKelle DeBruin Counseling is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing outpatient behavioral health practice. This role works closely with the Practice Manager and Billing Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both clinic locations.The ideal candidate is professional, organized, client-centered, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office &amp; Client Support<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Greet clients and create a welcoming, supportive clinic environment</li><li>Assist with client check-in and basic administrative coordination</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Provide direct support to the Practice Manager and Billing Specialist</li><li>Assist with general office operations and administrative workflows</li><li>Support coordination of schedules, forms, and internal processes</li></ul>Operations &amp; Office Management<ul><li>Monitor and order office supplies for both Tigard and Cascade Station locations</li><li>Maintain organized, clean, and functional office spaces</li><li>Assist with opening/closing procedures as needed</li></ul>Team Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with administrative staff on projects and process improvements</li><li>Participate in team communication and contribute to a positive workplace culture</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Prior administrative, front desk, or customer service experience</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in a medical, mental health, or healthcare setting</li><li>Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems (e.g., SimplePractice)</li><li>Experience working in a multi-site office environment</li><li>Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)</li></ul>Work Schedule &amp; Expectations<ul><li>Approximately 25 hours per week</li><li>Schedule may include shifts at both Tigard and Cascade Station locations</li><li>Flexibility to support clinic needs during business hours</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$25 per hour</li><li>Collaborative, supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow within an expanding behavioral health practice</li></ul>About KDCKelle DeBruin Counseling is a growing outpatient behavioral health practice committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
