This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for office management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. </li><li>Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. </li><li>Organize and file documents systematically while ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval. </li><li>Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently. </li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial record keeping. </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting client needs. </li><li>Handle clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities to ensure operational excellence.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. </li><li>Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. </li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry accuracy. </li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs. </li><li>Experience in customer service roles such as medical or dental receptionist is a plus. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and positive attitude. </li><li>Knowledge of office equipment including multi-line phone systems, fax machines, and printers.
