You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. This isn't just compliance work. As a Manager, you'll be providing high value advisory work and helping clients navigate complex challenges.You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting the Griffith team, helping shape a culture of excellence, growth and community. What you will be doing <ul> <li>Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner</li> <li>Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients</li> <li>Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.</li> <li>Development and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long term value</li> <li>Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs</li> <li>Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts</li> <li>Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients</li> <li>Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events</li> <li>Help provide exceptional service to our clients</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice</li> <li>Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar</li> <li>Expertise in APS accounting software</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients</li> <li>Proactive, self motivated and enthusiastic</li> </ul> Next Step If you are excited by the idea of growing professionally, leading a team, and making a real impact, apply today and a member of our People team will reach out for a confidential chat about your future at Kelly+Partners Griffith.
