Kenvue is seeking a strategic, modern, and creative Senior Manager, Creative Strategy to elevate the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of creative across our global brand portfolio. Sitting within the Marketing Excellence team, this role serves as a subject matter expert and strategic enabler &ndash; equipping brand teams and agency partners with the tools, guidance and standards needed to create breakthrough brand-building content across channels.</p><p></p><p>
The Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy, is the go-to expert on what effective creative looks like at Kenvue &ndash; and how to get there. They bring deep knowledge of channel best practices, creative effectiveness, and serve as a coach, consultant and codifier for creative excellence across paid, owned, earned platforms and healthcare professional (HCP) / influencer marketing practices.</p><p></p><p>
The Sr. Manager, Creative Strategy will work with brand teams to develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with business goals and codify learnings for continuous improvement. This person not only applies proven best practices but also champions AI and other emerging marketing technologies that can enhance creative strategy and execution, helping teams explore new ways to improve creative effectiveness.</p><p></p><p>

What we are looking for</b></p><p>
Required Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.</p></li><li><p>
A minimum of 8+ years experience and demonstrated proficiency in a creative strategy and/ or creative planning role.</p></li><li><p>
Deep knowledge of creative excellence across a range of channels and formats (eg social, digital video, display, influencer, web, CRM, retail media).</p></li><li><p>
Strong understanding of the content ecosystem and how brands, agencies, production partners, creators, publishers, influencers and stores integrate for creative excellence.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to connect creative excellence with marketing effectiveness, ensuring content drives business outcomes.</p></li><li><p>

   Work with cross-functional team members to assess feasibility of project scope, FPO (Final Project Objectives), investment and resources, develop detailed project timeline and manage the activities for successful execution of projects.

   Identify and communicate "trigger events" (change in project scope) to senior leaders, providing recommended path forward and applicable alternatives.

   Pro-actively provide alternative analysis to identify acceleration opportunities or opportunities to strengthen the business proposition, taking into account the end-to-end business impact across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, including short term and long term.

   Provide strategic leadership to project team, articulating the global plan, requiring a high-level understanding of what is needed to develop regionally and globally.

   Will work closely with key Franchise leads to ensure global project objectives and key milestones are achieved.
