Job Role: Sr. Executive &ndash; HR &amp; PayrollWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive &ndash; HR &amp; Payroll to join our team and manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, and compliance.Job Title: Sr. Executive &ndash; HR &amp; Payroll Shift Timing: 2:00 PM &ndash; 11:30 PM (UK / US Shift)Department: Payroll &amp; ComplianceLocation: NashikExperience Required: 5+ YearsProfile Summary - An experienced HR professional with strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, payroll operations, HRMS administration, audits, and statutory compliance. The role requires hands-on ownership of HR operations and effective stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities- <ul><li>Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire) including onboarding, probation, performance management, separation, and retirement</li></ul><ul><li>Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution</li></ul><ul><li>Validate monthly payroll inputs, maintain payroll master data, and manage attendance &amp; leave systems</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>Support internal and external HR/payroll audits &bull; Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation</li></ul><ul><li>Provide HR helpdesk support and resolve employee queries within defined TATs</li></ul><ul><li>Manage employee insurance including enrollments, claims, additions/deletions, and renewals</li></ul>Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalentMinimum 5+ years of relevant HR &amp; Payroll experienceWillingness to work in UK / US shiftInterested candidates can DM or share resumes@91686-88015Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
