We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Executive – HR & Payroll to join our team and manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, and compliance.

Job Title: Sr. Executive – HR & Payroll

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (UK / US Shift)

Department: Payroll & Compliance

Location: Nashik

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Profile Summary -

An experienced HR professional with strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, payroll operations, HRMS administration, audits, and statutory compliance. The role requires hands-on ownership of HR operations and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (hire to retire) including onboarding, probation, performance management, separation, and retirement
  • Handle employee relations, engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Validate monthly payroll inputs, maintain payroll master data, and manage attendance & leave systems
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
  • Support internal and external HR/payroll audits • Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation
  • Provide HR helpdesk support and resolve employee queries within defined TATs
  • Manage employee insurance including enrollments, claims, additions/deletions, and renewals

Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR & Payroll experience

Willingness to work in UK / US shift
