As we grow, we need talented professionals who are excited to contribute to our next chapter.What Success Looks Like in Your First Year<ul><li>Generate a consistent flow of qualified leads across multiple client accounts through integrated outbound demand generation campaigns</li><li>Build and optimize automated email nurture sequences and outbound cadences</li><li>Increase email engagement and conversion rates through testing and optimization</li><li>Build and use comprehensive reporting dashboards in HubSpot, Reply.io, Salesforce, Google Looker Studio for client accounts</li><li>Launch successful LinkedIn and Email webinar programs that drive pipeline growth</li><li>Create standardized processes and playbooks for demand generation activities</li></ul>Core ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation &amp; Outbound Marketing<ul><li>Develop and execute multi-channel outbound demand generation strategies, including cold email outreach, warm email nurturing, LinkedIn prospecting, Account Based Marketing, and webinar programs</li><li>Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth</li><li>Build strategic LinkedIn outreach programs leveraging Sales Navigator and engagement best practices</li><li>Plan, execute, and optimize webinar programs from concept through follow-up, including promotion, registration management, and post-event nurture sequences</li><li>Create compelling cold outreach sequences that respect best practices while driving response rates</li><li>Manage warm email campaigns that move prospects through the funnel with personalized, relevant content</li></ul>Account Based Marketing (ABM)<ul><li>Manage client email marketing and demand generation programs as part of our Account Based Marketing offering</li><li>Coordinate multi-touch campaigns across email, social, and web channels</li><li>Support the team through client and team meetings and online project management</li><li>Help create scalable systems and processes to support agency growth</li></ul>Email Marketing &amp; Marketing Automation<ul><li>Build and manage effective lifecycle email marketing programs with sophisticated customer/list segmentation</li><li>Create high-converting email campaigns, build complex workflows, and analyze performance metrics</li><li>Improve conversion and retention rates through strategic email and outbound marketing initiatives</li><li>Develop A/B testing strategies to continuously optimize email performance</li></ul>CRM &amp; Marketing Platform Management<ul><li>Provide expert-level support for Salesforce, HubSpot, Highlevel, Reply.io implementations and integrations</li><li>Build and maintain data segmentation strategies across multiple platforms</li><li>Design and optimize marketing and sales funnels with clear stage definitions and conversion tracking</li><li>Ensure data integrity and hygiene across all systems</li><li>Create custom reports and dashboards across platforms</li><li>Manage list segmentation for targeted, personalized marketing efforts</li><li>Develop and document data governance practices</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights</li><li>Sift through complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization</li><li>Create comprehensive reports demonstrating ROI and campaign effectiveness</li><li>Track and report on key demand generation metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates</li></ul>Who You AreYou're a results-driven self-starter with an analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
