The PRO will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing parent and community communications, and ensuring that enrollment targets are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities1. Sales &amp; Enrollment<ul><li>Drive student enrollments by effectively communicating Kaizen School&rsquo;s programs and services.</li><li>Reach out to prospective parents and students, schedule meetings, and follow up on inquiries.</li><li>Meet monthly enrollment targets and report on sales performance.</li></ul>2. Marketing &amp; Promotion<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing strategies for student acquisition and brand awareness.</li><li>Promote school programs across multiple channels, including social media, events, and local outreach.</li><li>Collaborate with other schools, organizations, or community centers for marketing initiatives.</li></ul>3.
