About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for more than a Social Media Manager&mdash;we want a content-obsessed creator at heart. Someone who lives, loves, and breathes content, knows what works on different platforms, and gets a thrill from seeing engagement, virality, and growth.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for growing both business profiles and personal brands across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn, blending creativity with strategy to make an impact.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Content Strategy &amp; Ideation</li><li>Develop content calendars and strategies for both business and personal brands.</li><li>Constantly brainstorm fresh, platform-specific ideas that drive reach, engagement, and conversations.</li><li>Keep an eye on trends, cultural moments, and viral hooks to plug into.</li></ul><ul><li>Execution &amp; Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with designers to get content pieces created.</li><li>Step in with Canva (for quick graphics) or CapCut (for basic video edits) when needed.</li><li>Ensure every post is visually appealing, brand-aligned, and engaging.</li></ul><ul><li>Content Creation (Writing)</li><li>Write engaging posts, captions, and threads for Twitter and LinkedIn yourself.</li><li>Adapt tone and style to fit each platform and audience.</li></ul><ul><li>Growth &amp; Engagement</li><li>Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interactions with followers.</li><li>Experiment with content formats (shorts, reels, carousels, polls, threads, stories, etc.).</li><li>Actively build engagement, virality, and conversations that convert into business growth.</li></ul><ul><li>Analytics &amp; Optimization</li><li>Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies.</li><li>Benchmark against competitors and identify new growth levers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience growing Instagram accounts (must-have); YT, Twitter, and LinkedIn exposure preferred.</li><li>Strong design sense&mdash;you know what looks good and what doesn&rsquo;t.</li><li>Comfortable with content writing (especially for Twitter &amp; LinkedIn).</li><li>Hands-on skills with Canva and CapCut for minor design/video needs.</li><li>Ability to brief, coordinate, and collaborate with designers.</li><li>Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.</li><li>Analytical mindset to connect content efforts with business outcomes.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who loves, lives, and breathes content&mdash;this is more than a job role.</li><li>A creative thinker who&rsquo;s also execution-focused.</li><li>A content junkie who is always testing, tweaking, and chasing the next big idea.</li><li>At the end of the day, growth will be your scoreboard&mdash;that&rsquo;s how success in this role will be measured.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
