About the Role

We’re looking for more than a Social Media Manager—we want a content-obsessed creator at heart. Someone who lives, loves, and breathes content, knows what works on different platforms, and gets a thrill from seeing engagement, virality, and growth.

You’ll be responsible for growing both business profiles and personal brands across YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn, blending creativity with strategy to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Ideation
  • Develop content calendars and strategies for both business and personal brands.
  • Constantly brainstorm fresh, platform-specific ideas that drive reach, engagement, and conversations.
  • Keep an eye on trends, cultural moments, and viral hooks to plug into.
  • Execution & Collaboration
  • Work closely with designers to get content pieces created.
  • Step in with Canva (for quick graphics) or CapCut (for basic video edits) when needed.
  • Ensure every post is visually appealing, brand-aligned, and engaging.
  • Content Creation (Writing)
  • Write engaging posts, captions, and threads for Twitter and LinkedIn yourself.
  • Adapt tone and style to fit each platform and audience.
  • Growth & Engagement
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and interactions with followers.
  • Experiment with content formats (shorts, reels, carousels, polls, threads, stories, etc.).
  • Actively build engagement, virality, and conversations that convert into business growth.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies.
  • Benchmark against competitors and identify new growth levers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing Instagram accounts (must-have); YT, Twitter, and LinkedIn exposure preferred.
  • Strong design sense—you know what looks good and what doesn’t.
  • Comfortable with content writing (especially for Twitter & LinkedIn).
  • Hands-on skills with Canva and CapCut for minor design/video needs.
  • Ability to brief, coordinate, and collaborate with designers.
  • Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset to connect content efforts with business outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
