Key Associates Signature Realty is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Operations Department and help lead agent performance, accountability, and production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and enjoys coaching others to success.About the Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving productivity and consistency among agents, with a primary focus on those working company-provided (office) leads. You will ensure agents execute daily activities, follow proven systems, and convert leads into appointments and closed transactions.In addition to supporting lead-driven agents, this role also works with any agents seeking structure, accountability, and increased production.Key Responsibilities Duties include these key responsibilities, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Coach and hold agents accountable to daily and weekly performance standards</li><li>Provide agent training, onboarding support, and ongoing skill development</li><li>Monitor and support conversion of company-provided leads</li><li>Reinforce systems, scripts, and best practices</li><li>Answer agent questions and provide daily support as needed</li><li>Partner with leadership to improve agent production and engagement</li><li>Provide ongoing motivation, structure, and performance feedback</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Strong leadership and coaching ability</li><li>Must be a licensed Realtor with experience in sales, production, growth, or team management</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment</li><li>Passion for helping others succeed</li><li>Self-motivated individual who can work independently without needing constant direction</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $40,000 &ndash; $45,000 annually (based on experience)</li><li>Paid Time Off: 1 week PTO annually</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with leadership and directly impact agent success</li></ul>Work Environment: This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced office setting that requires frequent interaction with agents and internal teams.
