Sales Manager – Operations Department (Real Estate)

Key Associates Signature Realty is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Operations Department and help lead agent performance, accountability, and production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and enjoys coaching others to success.

About the Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving productivity and consistency among agents, with a primary focus on those working company-provided (office) leads. You will ensure agents execute daily activities, follow proven systems, and convert leads into appointments and closed transactions.

In addition to supporting lead-driven agents, this role also works with any agents seeking structure, accountability, and increased production.

Key Responsibilities Duties include these key responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Coach and hold agents accountable to daily and weekly performance standards
  • Provide agent training, onboarding support, and ongoing skill development
  • Monitor and support conversion of company-provided leads
  • Reinforce systems, scripts, and best practices
  • Answer agent questions and provide daily support as needed
  • Partner with leadership to improve agent production and engagement
  • Provide ongoing motivation, structure, and performance feedback

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Must be a licensed Realtor with experience in sales, production, growth, or team management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-energy, performance-driven environment
  • Passion for helping others succeed
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently without needing constant direction

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually (based on experience)
  • Paid Time Off: 1 week PTO annually
  • Opportunity to work closely with leadership and directly impact agent success

Work Environment: This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced office setting that requires frequent interaction with agents and internal teams. Strong relationship-building and accountability-driven leadership are essential.
