Key Associates Signature Realty is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Operations Department and help lead agent performance, accountability, and production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment and enjoys coaching others to success.
About the Role: The Sales Manager is responsible for driving productivity and consistency among agents, with a primary focus on those working company-provided (office) leads. You will ensure agents execute daily activities, follow proven systems, and convert leads into appointments and closed transactions.
In addition to supporting lead-driven agents, this role also works with any agents seeking structure, accountability, and increased production.
