We introduce innovations and organize training and leisure activities at the level of international standarts.We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Turkish market and oversee the entire sales cycle for B2B clients. This specialist knows how to build long-term partnerships and is ready to achieve ambitious KPIs.Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in educational programs, EdTech, or international schools).\</li><li>Native Turkish Speaker.</li><li>Strong presentation and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in sales techniques, knowledge of various methodologies and approaches.</li><li>Upper-Intermediate English or higher.</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Presenting and promoting Toronto Imperial School&rsquo;s Canadian academic programs.</li><li>Working with the existing leads database and following up with leads after events.</li><li>Negotiating with schools, language centres, and educational agencies.</li><li>Achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs (number of meetings, deals closed, students enrolled).</li><li>Building and expanding the partner network.</li><li>Participating in webinars and educational events.</li><li>Collaborating with the team and providing feedback to ensure a high-quality lead flow.</li><li>Working with analytics: tracking KPIs, monitoring conversion rates, and optimizing the sales funnel.</li></ul>Nice to have but not a must:<ul><li>Experience with educational programs and/or international schools.</li></ul>Working conditions:<ul><li>Remote format or work from our office.</li><li>Flexible schedule.</li><li>Official employment.</li><li>14 days of paid holiday, plus sick leave.</li><li>Corporate English classes and regular professional training.</li><li>Support from the Sales Operations Manager and the team.</li><li>Opportunity to influence strategy and grow your career.</li></ul>Don't hesitate yourself to reveal your potential - send CV.
