This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative, operational, and creative tasks and can manage responsibilities independently.Requirements:<ul><li>Legal right to work in Turkey</li><li>Language options:</li></ul>1) Ukrainian/Russian &mdash; native + Turkish - B22) Turkish &mdash; native + English - B2<ul><li>2+ years of experience in office administration or operations</li><li>Basic understanding of HR processes.</li><li>Experience handling documentation, communication with finance/legal consultants.</li><li>Experience with CRM systems.</li><li>Strong self-organization and autonomy.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.</li></ul>Would be a plus:<ul><li>Experience working in international companies.</li><li>Experience collaborating with sales teams or interacting with clients.</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting or legal processes in Turkey.</li><li>Experience managing social media or handling customer inquiries.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make basic edits to the website</li><li>Translate marketing materials</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes</li><li>Conduct internal HR surveys (eNPS)</li><li>Manage tax payment processes (monthly)</li><li>Communicate with financial and legal consultants</li><li>Update inventory (monthly)</li><li>Support office-related tasks, assist sales and other departments with daily operational tasks</li><li>Pay monthly bills and verify accuracy</li><li>Respond to social media messages</li><li>Provide visa support and basic consulting for employees</li></ul>We Offer:<ul><li>Schedule: Part-time (14:00&ndash;18:00, flexible)</li><li>Office Location: Nevzemin Sk. 2 34714 Kadikoy, Istanbul</li><li>Salary: Depends on experience and expectations</li><li>Official paid vacation and sick leave</li><li>Access to a Corporate University with training programs on leadership, communication, and international teaching standards.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within a network of schools.</li><li>Corporate events, holiday gifts, and teacher appreciation initiatives.</li><li>Discounts on company services</li></ul>Please, feel free to send your CV &mdash; we would be delighted to welcome you to key.study!Job Type: Part-timePay: 30,000.00TRY per monthExpected hours: 10 &ndash; 20 per week
