Key Information About the Position:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support our internal processes, marketing tasks, financial workflows, and communication with clients and partners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative, operational, and creative tasks and can manage responsibilities independently.

Requirements:

  • Legal right to work in Turkey
  • Language options:

1) Ukrainian/Russian — native + Turkish - B2

2) Turkish — native + English - B2

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or operations
  • Basic understanding of HR processes.
  • Experience handling documentation, communication with finance/legal consultants.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong self-organization and autonomy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Would be a plus:

  • Experience working in international companies.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams or interacting with clients.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or legal processes in Turkey.
  • Experience managing social media or handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Make basic edits to the website
  • Translate marketing materials
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct internal HR surveys (eNPS)
  • Manage tax payment processes (monthly)
  • Communicate with financial and legal consultants
  • Update inventory (monthly)
  • Support office-related tasks, assist sales and other departments with daily operational tasks
  • Pay monthly bills and verify accuracy
  • Respond to social media messages
  • Provide visa support and basic consulting for employees
