This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your craft in a fast-paced, innovative environment where every print tells a story.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Set up and calibrate screen printing equipment to ensure precise color registration and alignment for each job</li><li>Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the process</li><li>Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses efficiently, monitoring quality during production runs</li><li>Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed to uphold quality standards</li><li>Maintain detailed production records, including job specifications, ink formulations, and maintenance logs</li><li>Collaborate with design teams to understand artwork requirements and troubleshoot technical issues promptly</li><li>Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and properly handling inks and chemicals</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Prior experience in screen printing or related manufacturing roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates</li><li>Strong attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy and print quality</li><li>Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is advantageous for understanding artwork files</li><li>Familiarity with digital design concepts, typography, and visual aesthetics helps optimize print results</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment</li><li>Willingness to learn new techniques related to digital art, motion graphics, or 3D animation is a plus</li></ul>Embark on a creative journey with us where your skills in print production can shine!
