Screen Printing Operator

<Duties>

• Set up and calibrate screen printing equipment to ensure precise color registration and alignment for each job
• Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the process
• Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses efficiently, monitoring quality during production runs
• Inspect finished products for defects, color accuracy, and consistency, making adjustments as needed to uphold quality standards
• Maintain detailed production records, including job specifications, ink formulations, and maintenance logs
• Collaborate with design teams to understand artwork requirements and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and properly handling inks and chemicals

<Requirements>

• Prior experience in screen printing or related manufacturing roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy and print quality
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is advantageous for understanding artwork files
• Familiarity with digital design concepts, typography, and visual aesthetics helps optimize print results
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn new techniques related to digital art, motion graphics, or 3D animation is a plus
