Join our dynamic team as a Print Specialist, where your expertise in printing processes and design will bring vibrant visions to life! Whether working with screen printing, flexo presses, or digital workflows, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional print solutions that inspire and engage.

Duties

  • Operate and maintain printing equipment including screen printers and other manufacturing tools to produce high-quality printed materials.
  • Prepare artwork files using graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite software, ensuring proper layout, typography, and color management before printing.
  • Conduct prepress checks to verify file integrity, color consistency, and layout accuracy to meet project specifications.
  • Manage color calibration and color matching processes to ensure consistency across different print runs and media types.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout the production process to detect defects, ensure adherence to standards, and optimize output quality.
  • Collaborate with design teams to refine layouts for print advertising campaigns or packaging projects.
  • Maintain detailed records of print jobs, machine maintenance schedules, and quality reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven experience in screen printing, flexo press operation, CNC machining or related manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of prepress procedures including file preparation, layout design, typography, and print setup.
  • Expertise in color management techniques to achieve precise color reproduction across various substrates.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for artwork editing and layout design.
  • Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures for printed materials.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
