Whether working with screen printing, flexo presses, or digital workflows, you&rsquo;ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional print solutions that inspire and engage.Duties<ul><li>Operate and maintain printing equipment including screen printers and other manufacturing tools to produce high-quality printed materials.</li><li>Prepare artwork files using graphic design skills and Adobe Creative Suite software, ensuring proper layout, typography, and color management before printing.</li><li>Conduct prepress checks to verify file integrity, color consistency, and layout accuracy to meet project specifications.</li><li>Manage color calibration and color matching processes to ensure consistency across different print runs and media types.</li><li>Perform quality control inspections throughout the production process to detect defects, ensure adherence to standards, and optimize output quality.</li><li>Collaborate with design teams to refine layouts for print advertising campaigns or packaging projects.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of print jobs, machine maintenance schedules, and quality reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in screen printing, flexo press operation, CNC machining or related manufacturing processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of prepress procedures including file preparation, layout design, typography, and print setup.</li><li>Expertise in color management techniques to achieve precise color reproduction across various substrates.</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for artwork editing and layout design.</li><li>Familiarity with quality control standards and procedures for printed materials.</li><li>Solid understanding of print advertising principles and how visual elements translate into effective marketing materials.
