Holiday Homes Administrator with sense of urgency &ndash; High-Priority OperationsWe are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Holiday Homes Administrator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and provide administrative support to ensure all holiday homes are consistently guest-ready and well maintained.This role requires a strong sense of urgency, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve maintenance-related issues within the same day whenever possible. You will work closely with housekeeping teams, maintenance staff, property owners, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily operational and administrative tasks for multiple holiday home properties.</li><li>Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and inspection schedules efficiently.</li><li>Log, track, and follow up on maintenance requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and within the same day when feasible.</li><li>Demonstrate urgency and problem-solving skills in handling operational and maintenance issues.</li><li>Support guest communication and address operational concerns professionally.</li><li>Prepare reports, maintain accurate property records, and manage inventory.</li><li>Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for repairs and service requirements.</li><li>Ensure all properties comply with DTCM regulations and company standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or property management.</li><li>Strong sense of urgency with proven ability to resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.</li><li>Computer literate (Excel, PMS, Breezeway, or similar systems).</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based incentives</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing hospitality company</li><li>Friendly and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
