In this unique role, you will play an integral part in optimizing the way customers interact with our customizable products across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to improve product configuration and shopping experiences

 Work with the proprietary system to build and customize product offerings, ensuring a seamless and shoppable customer journey
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpret complex product documentation (e.g., 50-page PDFs) and translate requirements into shoppable, customer-friendly options
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop, maintain, and optimize product configuration rules to prevent unfeasible product selections
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and manage promotions for five different e-commerce sites with unique promo cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize the promotion engine to execute promotions and ensure all promotional campaigns function correctly in the backend promo engine
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle data entry tasks related to product setup, template completion, and promo management
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot and resolve tickets submitted through the call center, often liaising with manufacturers to address product or configuration issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Consider downstream impacts of promotional and product changes, including effects on marketing and other website components
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ongoing maintenance of product listings and promotional templates
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Experience in e-commerce, especially with custom window treatments or similar configurable products
 </li>
 <li>
 CMS background
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to quickly learn proprietary systems (training provided during the first three months)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially when working with complex product documentation and data entry
 </li>

 Comfortable working with backend systems and filling out templates to support promotional and product updates
 </li>

 The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Product Experience Analyst

 Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst dealing with treasury, liquidity, and cashflow activities in New York, NY. Day to Day Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build financial models and prepare daily/weekly cashflow reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare forecasting, and performance analysis metrics to enhance the best utilization of funds
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a multi-entity corporate environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop reports to support business planning and strategic payment initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding the treasury pipeline
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with identifying and driving process improvements &amp; automation initiatives to enhance cashflow reporting efficiency

 Requirements

 3+ years of progressive experience in cashflow analysis

 Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite)

 Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus

 Design, build, and manage AI agents to streamline operations, focusing on automating routine compliance tasks and enhancing system efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement and optimize the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to improve AI agent interactions and integration with existing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain intelligent bots to proactively identify and address compliance issues and automate reporting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage machine learning models to predict and mitigate potential compliance risks and enhance decision-making processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with AI research and development teams to ensure the latest AI technologies are effectively integrated into compliance operations
