KGM Architectural Lighting is looking for a talented Architectural Lighting Designer with 3&ndash;5 years of experience to join our El Segundo team. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with top architects and interior designers on commercial, hospitality, and residential projects&mdash;helping shape everything from boutique hotels and restaurants to workplaces and custom residences.Have a background in Architecture or Interior Design but limited lighting experience? If you bring the design skills, we&rsquo;ll teach you the lighting.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Design and develop innovative interior and exterior lighting concepts from sketch to final documentation</li><li>Plan and implement lighting systems, fixture schedules, and control strategies</li><li>Explore and analyze daylighting opportunities and energy-efficient solutions that are both beautiful and practical</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to meet design goals, budgets, and timelines</li><li>Produce clear, accurate documentationusing 2D/3D modeling and BIM tools</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in architectural lighting design</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Illustrator, and LightSpec</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and landscape plans</li><li>A curious, creative problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail</li><li>Confident communicator who is comfortable in client and consultant meetings</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
