Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Cashier to join our Sand Plant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, handling customer payments, and supporting site administration activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in cashiering, accounts handling, and site-based operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive and process cash, cheque, and electronic payments from customers.</li><li>Issue receipts, invoices, and payment vouchers accurately.</li><li>Maintain daily cash collections and petty cash records.</li><li>Reconcile cash balances and prepare daily cash reports.</li><li>Coordinate with the weighbridge, dispatch, and operations teams regarding customer transactions.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.</li><li>Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.</li><li>Deposit cash collections as per company procedures.</li><li>Maintain compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.</li><li>Support administrative and accounting activities at the site when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience as a Cashier, Site Cashier, or Accounts Assistant.</li><li>Experience in a sand plant, quarry, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.</li><li>Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a site-based environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience handling high-volume cash transactions.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory, dispatch, or weighbridge operations.</li><li>Experience working in construction materials, aggregates, or quarry operations.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Company accommodation and transportation (as per company policy).</li><li>Medical insurance and annual leave benefits.</li></ul>Pay: From AED2,500.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Umm al-Quwain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently available in the UAE?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Site Cashier – Sand Plant

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day workshop operations including manpower allocation, tools, spares, and equipment</li><li>Oversee maintenance and repair of earth moving machinery</li><li>Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic software</li><li>Plan and control overall workshop operations and budgets</li><li>Manage spare parts procurement and ensure quality assurance</li><li>Evaluate drivers, operators, and mechanics based on performance</li><li>Lead the implementation and activation of a fully operational garage</li><li>Define and monitor KPIs for self and team members</li><li>Supervise and control store operations</li><li>Prepare and execute Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) plans</li><li>Monitor asset condition, utilization, and maintenance history to improve reliability and lifecycle performance</li><li>Ensure full compliance with company HSE policies, statutory regulations, and manufacturer standards</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities to reduce downtime and optimize workshop efficiency</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years as Workshop Engineer in GCC construction field</li><li>Experience in waste management and earth moving machinery is an added advantage</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Knowledge of workshop software / maintenance systems preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary (AED)?</li><li>What is your salary Expectation (AED)?</li><li>Are you available for an in-person interview in Umm Al Quwain?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Heavy Equipment: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License?
