 Job Purpose :
 
 Accountable to grow sales revenue for Khansaheb Industries product and solutions across the selected key accounts. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants for Khansaheb Industries to become the preferred choice in HVAC industry for Dubai and the North Emirates.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for the assigned territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales lead generation (Generating leads, engaging directly with customers, and completing the business deals) and expanding existing sales.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote product and solutions to industry experts as developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors/
 
 Retrofit Contractors.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)
 </li>
 <li>
 Support debtor collections
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Required experience in a similar role of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of the
 
 retrofit / refurbishment market
 
 is must
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated and autonomous working
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
 </li>
