Sales Manager - Retrofit

Job Purpose : Accountable to grow sales revenue for Khansaheb Industries product and solutions across the selected key accounts for Retrofit Projects. Establish a network of leading developers, architects, MEP consultants for Khansaheb Industries to become the preferred choice in HVAC industry.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for revenue targets and achieving business objectives for the assigned territory.
• Sales lead generation (Generating leads, engaging directly with customers, and completing the business deals) and expanding existing sales.
• Promote product and solutions to industry experts as developers, architects, MEP consultants, and contractors/ Retrofit Contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders involved in the decision-making process.
• Ensure the CRM platform is up to date for customer data, your sales activities and forecast Stay appraised and report on market developments (Report on sales progress and advise/alert if any problems may arise)
• Support debtor collections

EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Required experience in a similar role of technical capital sales solutions into the construction industry.
• Knowledge of the retrofit / refurbishment market is must
• Self-motivated and autonomous working
• Ability to establish rapport and credibility based on trust and delivery
