We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative <b>Data Scientist - I </b>to strengthen our credit risk modelling team. You will play a pivotal role in monitoring, developing and advancing our suite of credit and collections risk models, with a particular focus on harnessing the power of SMS and other alternative datasets. As an <b>Assistant Manager - Payroll and HR Compliance</b>, you will take complete ownership of monthly payroll operations and ensure seamless statutory compliance across the organization.

</b></p><ul><li>Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, arrears, and full &amp; final settlements.</li><li>Manage statutory compliances: PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and related filings under Indian labor laws.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate filings, reconciliations, and statutory payments with zero compliance gaps.</li><li>Maintain accurate payroll data, employee records, and documentation.</li></ul>
- Act as the go-to person for employee payroll queries - clear answers, quick resolutions.<br>
