Your role

We, at Khatabook, are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help streamline our Lending Operations strategy and processes with the help of robust metric tracking, new insights and experiments.

What would you do at Khatabook?

• Help improve data collection, data coverage & visibility for driving deeper insights on relevant metrics related to productivity and efficiency of different operational teams.

• Enable senior leadership decision making by streamlining measurement of KPI's, identify it's key drivers by building causal models, communicating key metrics and business trends to leadership teams.

• Actively work on analysis, creating dashboards, evaluating experiments with the help of senior team members.

• Enable senior leadership decision-making by translating product metrics and trends into clear, impactful narratives.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analytical best practices across the org.

What are we looking for?

• 2-4 Years of experience in Analytics.
• Prior experience in any one among Operations, Customer Experience or Product Analytics is a plus.
• Technical capabilities: Proficient in SQL, Excel
• Strong working experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, Cognos, BO, Pentaho etc.)
• Strong understanding of statistics and experience with statistical analysis
• Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
• Background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical/scripting tools such as R, Python, Spark, SAS or SPSS is a plus.
