We are looking for an entry-level Marketing &amp; Growth Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution, manage social media accounts, and help build brand awareness during our early growth phase. More info about us at https://www.khayreats.com/This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and ideal for someone early in their career who wants real ownership and startup exposure.Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage KhayrEats&rsquo; social media accounts (Instagram primary, LinkedIn secondary)</li><li>Create, schedule, and publish posts consistently</li><li>Respond to basic comments and DMs using provided guidelines</li><li>Maintain a weekly content calendar</li><li>Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas</li></ul>Brand &amp; Content<ul><li>Design social media posts, stories, and simple reels (Canva/Figma)</li><li>Create basic marketing assets (flyers, posters, simple PDFs)</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all visual content</li><li>Adapt content for English and/or Arabic audiences</li></ul>Growth Support<ul><li>Assist with content experiments (captions, formats, posting times)</li><li>Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks)</li><li>Support simple growth initiatives and campaigns</li></ul>Restaurant Support (Visual)<ul><li>Create simple restaurant pitch materials (one-pagers, decks)</li><li>Prepare QR posters and WhatsApp-friendly assets</li><li>Support founder-led restaurant outreach with visuals</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>Familiar with Instagram and short-form content</li><li>Good written communication skills in both English &amp; Arabic</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setup</li><li>Willingness to learn and take feedback quickly</li><li>Arabic content capability</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, New gradPay: E&pound;3,500.00 - E&pound;6,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 30 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What are your salary expectations?
