Marketing & Growth Associate

We are looking for an entry-level Marketing & Growth Associate to support day-to-day marketing execution, manage social media accounts, and help build brand awareness during our early growth phase. More info about us at https://www.khayreats.com/

This role is hands-on, execution-focused, and ideal for someone early in their career who wants real ownership and startup exposure.

Social Media Management

• Manage KhayrEats’ social media accounts (Instagram primary, LinkedIn secondary)
• Create, schedule, and publish posts consistently
• Respond to basic comments and DMs using provided guidelines
• Maintain a weekly content calendar
• Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas

Brand & Content

• Design social media posts, stories, and simple reels (Canva/Figma)
• Create basic marketing assets (flyers, posters, simple PDFs)
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
• Adapt content for English and/or Arabic audiences

Growth Support

• Assist with content experiments (captions, formats, posting times)
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks)
• Support simple growth initiatives and campaigns

Restaurant Support (Visual)

• Create simple restaurant pitch materials (one-pagers, decks)
• Prepare QR posters and WhatsApp-friendly assets
• Support founder-led restaurant outreach with visuals

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiar with Instagram and short-form content
• Good written communication skills in both English & Arabic
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Willingness to learn and take feedback quickly
• Arabic content capability
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, New grad

Pay: E£3,500.00 - E£6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
