iSchool is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in organic social media marketing. The role focuses on growing iSchool’s online presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by creating engaging educational and promotional content that resonates with students and parents.
- Plan, create, and publish organic content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and community engagement
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with iSchool’s educational goals and campaigns
- Create engaging captions, hashtags, and storytelling content for students and parents
- Stay up to date with social media trends, especially Reels and TikTok formats
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to produce high-quality content
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest improvements
- Ensure brand voice and visual identity consistency across all platforms
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in organic social media marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and platform algorithms
- Experience creating short-form video content (Reels & TikTok)
- Good copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Passion for education, technology, or youth-focused brands
- Experience in the education or ed-tech sector
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
- Experience with Meta Business Suite or scheduling tools
