Job Title: Paid Search Senior Coordinator
Location: Remote

Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST): 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

About the Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Paid Search Senior Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. You’ll work closely with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time, optimized for performance, and aligned with broader business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, platform expertise, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
  • Prepare campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure efficient spend
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copy and landing page recommendations
  • Perform A/B tests on ad copy, keywords, and landing pages
  • Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends in paid search

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in paid search advertising or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar SEM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
  • Exposure to eCommerce, DTC, or lead-generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams on ad copy and testing strategies
