What You’ll Do

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify high-performing opportunities for paid media.
• Help write compelling ad copy, test creatives, and refine campaign structures for better performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, providing insights and analysis for internal teams.
• Work closely with design and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Digital Advertising, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar advertising platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for data-driven marketing, performance optimization, and digital advertising trends.
