What You’ll Do

• Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing projects.
• Coordinate between multiple departments (Design, Development, SEO, Social Media, and PPC) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Track tasks, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring smooth project workflows and deadlines are met.
• Participate in client and internal meetings, taking detailed notes and managing action items.
• Help prepare reports, performance updates, and document project workflows.
• Support effective cross-functional communication within our global remote team.

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Excellent English proficiency, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar).
• A passion for digital marketing, teamwork, and driving project success.
