- Assist in the preparation, coordination, and delivery of high-quality localization projects across diverse sectors and languages.
- Perform linguistic checks and ensure translation quality, consistency, and compliance with client guidelines and global standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, translators, and editors to guarantee on-time localization delivery and meet project requirements.
- Conduct terminology research and glossary maintenance to support accurate and culturally aligned content adaptation.
- Utilize computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools and localization technology platforms to process, review, and finalize translation materials.
- Assist in tracking project progress, maintaining accurate records, and resolving basic queries or issues with guidance.
- Stay up to date with best practices in localization, translation technologies, and language trends to continually develop your skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a related field (students about to graduate may be considered).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established workflows and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Interest in localization, translation tools, and multicultural content adaptation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, international team.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach to solving challenges.
- Previous experience with CAT tools (such as SDL Trados, memoQ, or similar) is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
