Job Summary

The Fashion Content Creator & Social Media Strategist is responsible for producing high-impact digital content, building a strong social media presence, and shaping the brand’s online storytelling. While the role is content-focused—reels, visual production, creative direction, and live coverage—it also supports the development of content strategy and social media marketing direction in collaboration with the Marketing Strategist and Account Management teams. This role ensures that every piece of digital content, from daily posts to campaign assets, aligns with brand objectives, seasonal narratives, and audience engagement goals.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Produce reels, short videos, styling content, and product-focused visuals.
  • Script, film, edit, and develop creative concepts, moodboards, and storyboards.
  • Create and maintain detailed monthly content calendars.
  • Ensure a visually cohesive and on-brand grid aesthetic.

Social Media Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Strategist to support monthly and seasonal content strategies.
  • Identify trending formats, platform updates, and new content opportunities.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable content plans.

Social Media Management

  • Manage posting schedules, captions, platform optimization, and daily uploads.
  • Handle community management, including comments and direct messages.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms.

Creative Direction

  • Support campaigns, lookbooks, editorials, and e-commerce photoshoots.
  • Prepare shot lists and direct content capture on set.

Campaigns & Events

  • Develop digital campaign assets, teasers, and promotional visuals.
  • Capture and produce live event coverage, behind-the-scenes content, and pop-up activations.
  • Create recap reels and storytelling edits for campaigns and events.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing Strategists, Account Managers, Creative, Styling, and Design teams.
  • Ensure all content supports the brand narrative and product storytelling.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and analyze monthly social media metrics.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize content direction based on data and platform performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Additional fashion-specific courses in Content Creation, Styling, or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media content creation experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
  • Digital marketing agencies handling fashion/beauty accounts
  • Strong experience in shoot production, reels creation, UGC-style content, and digital campaigns is essential.
  • Highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail.
  • Strong storytelling ability and understanding of brand tone.
  • Confident, well-presented, and solution-oriented, especially during shoots or events.
  • Skilled in reel editing, short-form video production, and storyboarding.
  • Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, VN, or Final Cut.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and platform best practices.
  • Capable of creating moodboards, grid layouts, and creative direction decks.
  • Competent in both phone and basic camera operation for content capture.
  • Ability to measure and interpret social performance analytics.
  • Basic understanding of fashion styling and product-focused content framing.
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools; media buying tools are a plus.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and translate them into polished content.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to brand needs, trends, and platform changes.
