Nasoft is currently seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our client’s growth team. This role focuses on supporting digital marketing initiatives, optimizing performance, and driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the execution and enhancement of digital growth campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
- Manage paid ads performance, budget allocation, targeting, and reporting.
- Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns for lead nurturing and re-engagement.
- Develop and manage social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
- Own website performance, landing pages, and continuously optimize for lead generation (CRO).
- Conduct keyword research, SEO content optimization, and link-building activities.
- Coordinate with Technical SEO Specialist for technical enhancements.
- Track and analyze digital KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for integrated growth initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Analytics platforms.
- Experience with CMS platforms and website optimization practices.
- Strong content creation and copywriting background.
- SaaS / GCC / B2B experience is highly preferred.
- Analytical thinker with strong data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Working Conditions

Total working hours: 9 hours per day — 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
- Two days off per week (rotational schedule).
- Work mode: Office-based

- Performance evaluation: based on sales targets, call quality, and attendance.
