Marketing Specialist

Envision Employment Solutions is expanding! We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Job Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for strengthening Envision’s brand presence, driving digital engagement, and executing impactful communication strategies across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in developing content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels.

This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, fluent in English, highly presentable, and passionate about building strong digital visibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Content & Communication
  • Create and execute monthly communication and content plans
  • Develop engaging content across social media, website, and email campaigns
  • Write blogs and articles to continuously update the website
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Digital Marketing & Campaigns
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage paid and organic campaigns across platforms
  • Track KPIs and optimize performance based on analytics
Social Media Management
  • Manage all Envision social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Create engaging posts, reels, and short-form video content
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond when necessary
  • Grow brand visibility and community engagement

Website & Performance
  • Manage and update the company website
  • Coordinate landing pages and content updates
  • Monitor website performance and SEO improvements
Data & Market Insights
  • Analyze marketing data and performance reports
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
  • Fluent English speaker (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly presentable and professional
  • Experience managing social media platforms
  • Strong content writing skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Setup:
  • Location: The Portal, SODIC West, El Sheikh Zayed
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days in the office, 1 day remote
  • Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (including a 1-hour break)
  • Days Off: Fridays and Saturdays
