Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Omnichannel Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster, aligned with global direction and business objectives.
  • Design customer segmentation and targeted engagement blueprints using HCP behavior, prescription data, and insights to define optimal channel mix, frequency, and personalization.
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across digital, virtual, email, and physical channels, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Develop, localize, and deploy compliant multimedia content in collaboration with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor HCP interactions, SLAs, and engagement performance metrics, continuously optimizing effectiveness, impact, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders through regular field visits and representation at key medical events in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales and/or marketing), including 2+ years in omnichannel or digital roles.
  • Strong expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and data-driven omnichannel engagement and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience with digital and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and analytics tools, including content development.
  • Solid understanding of the Saudi healthcare market, regulations, and local market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
