About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern with a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. In this role, you will support the HR team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end hiring processes for various technical and non-technical positions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening calls with shortlisted candidates.</li><li>Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards.</li><li>Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and onboarding requirements.</li><li>Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on job boards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (HR, Management, or related field preferred).</li><li>Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment tools and job portals</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.</li></ul>What You Will Gain?<ul><li>Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on technical and non-technical hiring.</li><li>Exposure to HR processes, candidate management, and interview coordination.</li><li>A chance to grow in a tech-driven sports ecosystem.</li></ul>Internship Duration : 6 Months [Performance will be evaluated upon completion of the internship period.
