UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer with Graphic Design capabilities to join our Product team on-site in Panjim, Goa. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of intuitive interfaces and impactful visual content for a key project in collaboration with the Sports Authority of Goa.

This is a contractual role (minimum 1 year) involves working closely with product, content, and marketing teams to design user- friendly digital experiences and support communication through engaging presentations and visual collateral.

Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual appeal.
• Create graphic design assets including banners, posters, social media creatives, and infographics.
• Develop clear and compelling presentations and informational videos for stakeholders and product communication.
• Ensure consistency in visual branding and user interface elements.
• Work closely with developers and content teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Support internal and external communication with high-quality visual material.

Must-Have:

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX design combined with graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong portfolio including Web and mobile UI, Micro Animations, Graphic designs like banner and post.
• Experience creating decks and animated visual content for product walkthroughs or stakeholder updates.
• Excellent understanding of design systems, layout, color, typography, and accessibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS).
• Exposure to motion graphics, Lottie animations, or 3D tools like Blender.
• Prior experience with public sector, sports, or youth-oriented brands.
• Video editing and post-production knowledge

Employment Type: Contractual – 1 year (extendable every 6 months based on project requirements, deliverables, and performance)

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
