Job Summary:The Counsellor / Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients or patients about services, and ensuring proper follow-up and conversion. The role focuses on effective communication, relationship building, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle incoming inquiries (calls, messages, emails) and provide accurate information about services.</li><li>Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, appointments, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Maintain and update lead databases and call records.</li><li>Counsel potential clients/patients regarding available services, procedures, or programs.</li><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors/consultants or departments.</li><li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.</li><li>Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion.</li><li>Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate in any field (preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or Healthcare for healthcare roles).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).</li><li>Confident telephone etiquette and convincing skills.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Excel, etc.).</li><li>Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.</li><li>Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or front office preferred.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
