Counsellor or Telecaller

Job Summary:

The Counsellor / Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients or patients about services, and ensuring proper follow-up and conversion. The role focuses on effective communication, relationship building, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries (calls, messages, emails) and provide accurate information about services.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, appointments, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and call records.
  • Counsel potential clients/patients regarding available services, procedures, or programs.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with doctors/consultants or departments.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality communication.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams for lead conversion.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or Healthcare for healthcare roles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
  • Confident telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or front office preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
