You will not just maintain systems, you will design, improve, and future-proof them. We provide a professional and supportive workspace designed for collaboration, focus, and continuous improvement.Technical Ownership You will have full ownership of infrastructure decisions and will play a key role in shaping our systems architecture.Modern Stack We use cloud-first technologies including AWS and Azure, virtualization platforms, and modern monitoring tools to ensure performance and scalability.Growth You will have access to training programs, certifications, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles within the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and cloud environmentsSystem Reliability Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and servicesCloud and Virtualization Manage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and virtualization technologiesMonitoring and Optimization Implement monitoring tools and continuously improve system performance and efficiencySecurity and Compliance Apply best practices in cybersecurity, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standardsProject Leadership Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and system integrationsWhat We Are Looking ForExperience Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or a related fieldTechnical Skills Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization Experience with Windows and Linux environmentsTools and Technologies Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, or similar platforms Familiarity with monitoring and automation toolsProblem Solving Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutionsCommunication Skills Strong ability to work with cross functional teams and explain technical concepts clearlyMindset Proactive, detail oriented, and focused on continuous improvementJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: RO2,000.000 - RO2,600.000 per monthWork Location: In person
