We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer who will take ownership of our core systems and infrastructure strategy. You will not just maintain systems, you will design, improve, and future-proof them. You will work closely with engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure stability, scalability, and efficiency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and cloud environments

System Reliability
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and services

Cloud and Virtualization
Manage cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and virtualization technologies

Monitoring and Optimization
Implement monitoring tools and continuously improve system performance and efficiency

Security and Compliance
Apply best practices in cybersecurity, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with industry standards

Project Leadership
Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of servers, networking, cloud platforms, and virtualization
Experience with Windows and Linux environments

Tools and Technologies
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, or similar platforms
Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools

Problem Solving
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions

Communication Skills
Strong ability to work with cross functional teams and explain technical concepts clearly

Mindset
Proactive, detail oriented, and focused on continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO2,600.000 per month
