We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed professionals&mdash;including fresh graduates&mdash;to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness.You will play a key role in helping patients manage pain, improve physical function, and regain independence through evidence-based therapy practices.Key Responsibilities1. Patient Assessment and Diagnosis<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess physical capabilities, limitations, pain levels, and health conditions.</li><li>Review patient medical histories and collaborate with healthcare providers as needed.</li><li>Establish accurate physical diagnoses to guide individualized treatment plans.</li></ul>2. Developing Treatment Plans<ul><li>Create tailored rehabilitation programs based on each patient&rsquo;s goals, abilities, and medical needs.</li><li>Set realistic, measurable objectives to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.</li></ul>3. Implementing Therapeutic Interventions<ul><li>Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and mobility activities.</li><li>Utilize hands-on techniques such as massage and joint mobilization.</li><li>Educate patients on at-home exercises to support continued recovery.</li></ul>4. Utilizing Modalities and Equipment<ul><li>Operate rehabilitation tools and equipment (e.g., treadmills, resistance bands, balance boards).</li><li>Apply pain management modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat, and cold therapy.</li></ul>5. Patient Education and Counseling<ul><li>Instruct patients on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and ergonomic practices.</li><li>Offer guidance on lifestyle changes to promote long-term health and prevent re-injury.</li></ul>6. Documentation and Progress Tracking<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress.</li><li>Modify treatment plans as needed based on clinical response and recovery trends.</li></ul>7. Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals<ul><li>Work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, nurses, sports scientists, and other team members to coordinate care.</li><li>Refer patients to specialists when conditions fall outside the PT scope of practice.</li></ul>8.
